Professional Experience
Not only have I spent more than twelve years helping both buyers and sellers, I have vast experience in the mortgage industry as well. As a former mortgage processor and underwriter, I can help you through difficult financing problems.
Real Estate Education and Designations
I received my initial training and became a licensed real estate agent in Buffalo, NY in 1990. I went on to receive my broker's license there and also took courses in appraising property, a skill I was able to put to practical use over the years, as a mortgage underwriter and as a REALTOR.
I obtained my broker's license in Florida a few years ago and am now a Broker Associate affiliated with ReMax.
